1. Are our products for both opencast and underground mining?

Yes!

2. What file formats does PrimeThought Support?

Most standard mining formats, you can also connect directly to databases.

3. Do you have to move over all the work you are doing in current mining software for PrimeThought’s software to work?

No, our product is very open, and you can bring in files from your other systems to work with them and you can even export to most standard mining formats. You are also able to externally reference files, and you don't have to import them into our product to work with them.

4. Is it a standalone product?

Yes, it is, but it is also able to be used as a plug-in to Microsoft Excel, and our Surveying package can be used as a plug-in to MicroStation if you are already a user of that software.

5. What training is required on the software?

We set a standard amount of 16 hours per product although it takes much less time to be trained on the basics of this product, we allow the rest of the hours to be used on real-life client use cases.

6. Is there a limit on the size of data that you can work with?

No, our products handle large amounts of data very well, you are only limited by the performance of your machine itself.
