SpatialXL is a prerequisite to RouteXL so you would have gone through the registration process already. You would just need to log in to our site and go to the DOWNLOADS tab and download the appropriate RouteXL version. (Ensure all Excel workbooks are closed when doing this)
You have either a 64 bit or 32-bit installation of Microsoft Office. To see which version you have if you are not sure, you can go into Excel > Open the File Tab > Then select Account > About Excel. Your version of Excel will appear in the top line if the window.
Then download the appropriate version:
